Multiple Interconnected Scopes
At NovaWorld Phan Thiet, BILCO participated in the supply and erection of steel structures and installation of water park attractions. Covering approximately 7–10 hectares, the water park features various zones and entertainment facilities as part of the overall development.
Challenges in Coordination and Installation
With multiple scopes being carried out simultaneously, the project required careful coordination of transportation, steel erection, alignment, and equipment installation. Maintaining construction progress while addressing on-site requirements and unexpected issues was also essential to ensure smooth implementation.
Practical Experience
Through the project, BILCO further strengthened its experience in steel structure erection, equipment installation, multi-team coordination, and on-site problem solving, supporting the delivery of projects with diverse technical and scheduling requirements.
