A Project with Specialized Requirements
The Vinhomes Grand Park Golf Practice Course features a two-storey structure with 36 hitting bays, covering more than 15,000 m². BILCO participated in the construction of the steel structural system, including columns over 10 m in height, presenting notable challenges during implementation.
Challenges in Handling Large Components
The height and size of the steel columns required careful planning for transportation, on-site storage, lifting, and installation. The entire structural system was also hot-dip galvanized, requiring proper protection of the galvanized surfaces throughout transportation and erection.
Practical Experience
From transporting oversized components to protecting galvanized surfaces and carrying out on-site erection, the project strengthened BILCO’s experience in logistics, steel structure installation, and quality control for large-scale components, supporting future projects with similar requirements.
