Steel Structure Solutions for a Large-Scale Automotive Manufacturing Complex
The VinFast–VinMetal Ha Tinh Manufacturing Complex is a major project with demanding requirements for scale, quality, and construction schedule. BILCO participated as the construction contractor, supplying and installing steel structures and cladding systems for four main factory facilities:
- VinFast Plant No. 1: Steel structures and roof/wall cladding for the Stamping and MA workshops.
- VinFast Plant No. 2: Steel structures and complete roof/wall cladding systems.
- VinFast Plant No. 3: Large-scale steel structures for factory and machinery areas.
- VinMetal Plant: Steel structures and roof/wall cladding systems.
Meeting Construction Schedule & Quality Requirements
With large factory areas, substantial steel volumes, and multiple consecutive erection stages, BILCO mobilized sufficient manpower and equipment to maintain progress on site. The engineering and construction teams worked continuously to ensure proper integration between the load-bearing steel structures and the roof and wall cladding systems.
