A Cable Car Across Cam Mountain
Cam Mountain is the highest peak in the That Son range, reaching approximately 705–710 m. The cable car route spans over 3.5 km, with 2 stations and 16 towers, connecting the foothills with destinations on the mountain. Its mountainous terrain presented unique challenges from the initial survey and planning stages.
Challenges in Surveying and Planning
The complex terrain required careful on-site assessment, from tower locations and cable alignment to access conditions. As the project consultant and manager, BILCO closely followed the survey process, coordinated with relevant parties, and supported the development of solutions suited to the site's conditions.
Experience from Real-World Challenges
The project gave BILCO valuable experience in surveying, assessing site conditions, selecting solutions, and coordinating implementation for projects with unique construction requirements.
