While previous cable car projects brought BILCO to mountainous sites, the Can Gio Cable Car presents a different set of challenges in a coastal environment. Weather conditions, wind, terrain, and site accessibility create specific requirements for construction, equipment installation, and supervision.

Experience Applied to New Challenges

As the construction and cable car equipment supervision consultant, BILCO will apply experience gained from previous projects to monitor quality and progress, coordinate relevant parties, and assess actual site conditions. The nature of the site also requires flexibility and adaptability throughout implementation, including extended overnight work to maintain the project schedule and promptly address issues arising on site.

From Long Nights to New Experience

Long nights on site and working through to morning are not only part of the project schedule but also valuable practical experience.
