Terrain Challenges & BILCO’s Management Approach

Unlike projects in lowland areas, the Ngoa Van Cable Car project was developed in challenging mountainous terrain. BILCO worked alongside the project owner, providing consulting and project management throughout the implementation process:

• Schedule Optimization & Multi-Party Coordination: Closely monitored each structural work package, ensuring seamless coordination between infrastructure works and the cable car system.
• Terrain Risk Management: Developed and coordinated work plans suited to the specific terrain and weather conditions in Quang Ninh.
• Quality & Safety Control: Maintained close site supervision and promptly addressed technical issues to support safe and reliable system operation.
