Thunder Flip – A High-Intensity Coaster at VinWonders Nha Trang
BILCO worked alongside VinWonders Nha Trang on the structural installation of Thunder Flip, a high-intensity roller coaster featuring 90-degree tilting and 360-degree rotation. The project highlights BILCO’s experience in installing large-scale entertainment structures with demanding technical and safety requirements.
A Landmark Attraction on Hon Tre Island
Located on Hon Tre Island, Nha Trang, Thunder Flip features a 48 m-high track extending 904 m, with a maximum speed of 94 km/h and a ride duration of 133 seconds for up to 24 guests per ride.
BILCO carried out the structural installation from November 2025 to July 2026, closely coordinating with the project owner and relevant parties throughout the implementation process.
Precision & Safety in Island Construction
The large-scale steel structure and complex track configuration required precise installation and strict control at every stage. Working on an island also presented challenges in material transportation and site organization, requiring close coordination to maintain construction quality, safety, and schedule.
